You are very community minded as you integrate social and environmental goals into business operations. You create the bridge between the company and the community by coordinating a range of activities and initiatives which are designed to have a positive impact on the environment and local communities.

CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Coordinator

 You’re the liaison between local stakeholders such as  residents and schools for all company projects. Your goal is to bring about social change and improve the quality of life in their local area. You oversee a range of community relations, marketing, communications and fundraising activities.

Community Engagement Manager

You’ll offer support within Business Offices to ensure Business Offices run smoothly.  Generally you’ll organise documentation, send emails,  process word documents, update spreadsheets and compile presentations.

You oversee the growth of the Company in all areas. A successful MD will provide strategic operational guidance and direction to the board of Directors to ensure that the company achieves its mission and objectives.

Managing Director

Construction Directors oversee the build progress of all Projects within a Company. Through high level planning, budgeting and making key decisions, they ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget and to the standard expected of the company. 

Construction Director

You manage the company’s Sales Department and guide the Sales Team to achieving Regional targets. You usually set Sales objectives as per the company’s regional business plan and set Regional Sales Targets.

Sales Director

You're responsible for the successful completion of construction projects. You oversee the project managers who coordinate site teams, and make sure that work is completed on time and within budget, to a high standard. Project Directors provide leadership to manage risk, monitor finances and ensure each phase of work is on track.

Project Director

You're responsible for planning, developing and implementing commercial strategies based on company goals and objectives with the main goal to support and accelerate growth. You oversee all contract commercial activities within the Company to ensure the Company’s Commercial Standards are strictly adhered to. You also assist in the development/implementation of commercial policies/procedures.

Commercial Director

oversee product engineering operations and ensure that proper engineering procedures are followed. You Plan and oversee the work of the engineering staff to ensure that they meet goals and objectives that help achieve the Company’s targets and standards.
You also conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

Engineering Director
