ACCESS4HER LOGO (white w_ slogan).png

Our Access4HER campaign is a practical extension of our mission to bridge the gap between young women and the Construction Industry. The overall objective is to increase the number of diverse young women from different social & ethnic backgrounds entering work and training opportunities. Across various disciplines in the Industry, these opportunities include internships, summer placements, year out placements, graduate jobs and apprenticeships!

There are 28 areas of occupation across all 8 sectors in the Construction Industry. In order to achieve the results we want to see for our Access4HER campaign, we partner with companies to deliver initiatives such as Career UPSkill,  LiveOnSITE and HERInsight ! These often lead to further work and training opportunities.

We also created our OPPORTUNITIES BOARD platform to make opportunities easily accessible and visible to diverse young women across our network.
