The Access4HER campaign is a practical extension of Girls Under Construction's mission - learn more about our mission here. There are 28 areas of occupation across all 8 sectors in the Construction Industry - young women deserve the opportunity to have access to all. In order to achieve the results we want to see, we partner with local councils, industry companies, contractors and like-minded institutions to provide Social Value activities.
Through this we increase the number of diverse young women entering work and training opportunities. Across various disciplines in the Industry, these opportunities include internships, summer placements, year out placements, graduate jobs and apprenticeships!
