Our Access4HER campaign is a practical extension of our mission to bridge the gap between young women and the Construction Industry. The overall objective is to increase the number of diverse young women from different social & ethnic backgrounds entering work and training opportunities. Across various disciplines in the Industry, these opportunities include internships, summer placements, year out placements, graduate jobs and apprenticeships!
There are 28 areas of occupation across all 8 sectors in the Construction Industry. In order to achieve the results we want to see for our Access4HER campaign, we work with companies to deliver Social Value activities ! These often lead to further work and training opportunities.

We also host industry networking events and created our OPPORTUNITIES BOARD platform to make opportunities easily accessible and visible to young women across our network.
