As a Content Creator Assistant you will:

• Produce content for all our platforms (Instagram/TikTok/Website) to promote who we are, what we're about, what we offer etc. 

• Work alongside our Project Coordinators on content ideas for their projects.

Content can either be graphics, videos or reels!

Operations Assistant
As a Operation's Assistant you will:

• Work closely with the Director to ensure the GUC Team and all GUC activities are running efficiently. 

• Assist with developing and implementing strategies + processes that maximize the teams productivity and daily business functions.

• Assist in meetings, coordinating events, reports and communications with the team.

• Provide administrative support where needed.​

Research & Data Analyst Assistant

You'll be fairly flexible as you assist with a variety of tasks and you’ll work as part of the core part of the Team. As a young woman who is also passionate about the Industry, we'll also value your opinion - you'll have input into the many ideas we are working on as we progressively grow the platform. Tasks can range from:

• General Research for GUC project per time.

• Ensures data availability for analysis and the organisation + storage of the data throughout the project.

• Provide helpful insights and analysis to the wider team on various industry related topics/themes per time.

Marketing & Communications Assistant 

You'll assist with our Marketing / Communication strategies! We regard our brand at GUC highly and are always looking for ways to creatively connect with our target audience! In your role, you'll get involved in:

 

• Working with our content creators on strategies for content for our website, social media platforms and newsletters.

• Managing themed campaigns we may have that are inline with key dates/weeks within the industry e.g. Apprenticeship week, International Women's in Engineering day, A-Level/University student dates etc.

• General administration via a theme tracker, release schedules and quality checking all marketing material produced.

• Sourcing and producing engaging marketing + content ideas/suggestions to ensure we are up to date, relevant and interesting to our target audience.

Project Coordinator or Project Assistant

​We have 3 types of Project Management teams:

• Outreaches Project Management Team

• Social Events Project Management Team

• Marketing & Communications Project Management Team

​

As a Project Coordinator you will:

• Work with your Project Assistant team members to manage your assigned GUC project(s). It's your role to ensure the project stays within its defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

• Work with the content creators for your project content requirements.

• Conduct required research for your project with your assistant/junior team members.

• Report on a regular basis regarding the progress and status of your project.

• Work with the lead Project Coordinator to manage and run their short/long term project(s).

• Assist with any research or admin tasks as required.

• Assist with project reporting tasks as required.
