We do this by providing awareness, inspiration and guidance to young women entering or considering a career within Construction. ACCESS4HER
PROGRAMME
This result-driven programme connects our community of young diverse women to relevant training, graduate jobs and work experience opportunities within various areas of the Construction industry, depending on their interest/career path. For our partners, we identify budding diverse young women from our community as candidates for their workforce.
Our partners across the industry consist of Contractors, Developers, Architecture Firms, Engineering Firms, Cost Consultancy Firms and more.

INITIATIVE
This provides young women insight into different disciplines within the industry. We also involve our GUC Ambassadors who study and work across various areas of the industry.
Within the industry we partner with employers to give our community of young women an introduction to their professional environment and a taste of their company’s culture. Various employers include Contractors, Housing Associations, Developers, Architecture Firms, Engineering Firms, Cost Consultants and specialised Sub-contractors. Our initiative also provides the perfect environment for employers to also recruit budding talent!
EDUCATE & INSPIRE
PROGRAMME
For primary and secondary schools. This programme provides sessions and activities to inspire young girls to become industry leaders who design, engineer and manage infrastructure projects around the world! This helps us fulfil our mission to inspire and educate girls from a younger age, which ultimately helps to encourage their career paths within the industry. Are you a school? Get in touch!
LiveOnSITE
INITIATIVE
This allows young women to experience the industry through real life construction projects. We Involve our GUC Ambassadors who study and work across various areas of the industry. EVENTS
We host social events and industry events across various sectors to encourage networking.
Our industry centred events provide expert insight and advice, whilst providing employment opportunities within various companies we partner with. We partner with companies within the Industry to provide our community of young women valuable practical experience that will help them embark or continue their journey within the Industry.
