Who is this for?
This initiative is specifically for young ladies aged 16 to 24 years olds who would love to visit a live construction project site! This type of experience exposes you to the reality of career roles across our industry and how they influence the project build phase.

If you've ever wondered what it's like working on site, this is your opportunity to receive insight from a real project team. Our whole aim is to provide a career insight experience that is informative, inspirational, collaborative, memorable, fun, and empowering!

Girls Under Construction: BuildingHER Mentorship Group 2025
​We will be rolling out Cohort 1 of our Group starting April 2025! This is where we focus on a small selected group of women for 5 months (April 2025 to August 2025) to help them develop along their career journey.​
